We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that stores no cookies and collects no personally identifiable information. Aggregated page-view statistics are processed on the legal basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data you submit through the contact form (name, email, company, use case, message) is used solely to answer your request and to evaluate a possible dataset partnership. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Requests are deleted once the exchange is closed and no legal retention period applies.

Fonts are served through the Fontshare CDN, which receives your IP address when loading font files. Where a hosted backend or embedded LinkedIn content is used, the respective provider processes connection data. No data is sold or used for advertising.

Telemetry from the reference building describes equipment behaviour, not individuals. Occupancy signals are aggregated and published only in a form that cannot be linked to identifiable persons.
